The List Universe came out today with a neat list of 10 evolutionary modifications that have made humans… well, human. I find this list fascinating, and I wonder how many of these traits we might share with other intelligent life in the universe, had we encountered such intelligent life?

Processing cement takes up much electric power. This power comes from fuel burning. Fuel burning is one of the major sources of CO2 emissions.
